ROMAIN LETTUCE

  • 1 head clean/rinsed, separated

In a food processor combine beef seasoning and pulse until fine. Thoroughly mix it into the ground beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (Overnight if you want; the longer the marinate, the stronger the flavor)

After marinating; brown seasoned Ground Beef in fry pan. Spoon into lettuce leaves. Spoon Cumin Yogurt Dressing over top. Garnish with parsley, chives, sliced tomato if you want! (Looks prettier:-)

Cumin Yogurt Dressing: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until use. This dressing lasts in fridge for salad dressing as well! Good stuff! :-)

Light and flavorful recipe!

****Full Disclosure**** Cooking is not our specialty LOL! When we fumble around and find a simple recipe that our whole family likes, is easy to make and turns out good every time we make it….We hang onto it! :-) It is usually a combination of several recipes and dependent on what we have in the refrigerator at the moment! We’ll share them with you and would LOVE it if you’d do the same. :-)

Please! Send us your favorite recipe! :-) Andrea & Brian

*****All the recipes we post use Grassfed Piedmontese Beef, Dorper Lamb and pastured Chicken. That’s what we raise.
